As a tribute to its previous occupant, the attraction features an Eeyore parking lot sign hidden above the queue's screening room section. On March 4, 1995, Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye opened on the land previously occupied by the Eeyore lot. The names of the lot's sections included:
It was divided into nineteen sections, each one named for a Disney character.
The original Disneyland Parking Lot existed from Jto January 21, 1998, when it was largely closed to make way for Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
