There's enough content and the ranked mode is an unexpected addition. For 15 Euros/USD, I feel this is a solid game to pick up. There is a 'free rolling' mode for practicing and experimenting. The game will launch for Nintendo Switch in Winter 2022 (Southern Hemisphere). 1-2 local players on one system, up to 4 players with individual systems and games. At this stage, it’s unknown whether the game is a free title, like other Kirby spin-offs. It doesn’t look like a particularly meaty game, with the bulk of gameplay revolving around rapid-fire, four-player rounds, but it should be a delightful party experience that you can hop into and enjoy at any time. ‘Players will race each other through these delicious obstacle courses to collect strawberries as Kirby grows, bumping other players off the stage and using familiar Copy Abilities – or Copy Food Abilities, as they are called here – to thwart the competition.’
